Welcome! I'm Nici – a heart-centered yoga teacher, dance lover, and creative guide who brings together mindful movement, breath, and embodied expression. My offerings invite you to come home to your body, deepen your self-awareness, and reconnect to joy and presence.
YOGA
I am a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with a decade of dedicated personal practice and three years of teaching experience across Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. My classes are rooted in presence, breath, and body intelligence—offering a space to land, soften, and awaken.
Yoga For Kids
Breathe & Bloom is a creative kids yoga program I have designed to support children’s wellbeing, emotional development, and physical growth through yoga, breathwork, storytelling and imaginative play. Grounded in the VEYID Framework, EYLF V2.0, and inquiry-based learning principles, this program is aligned with national early childhood education standards.
Tailored to different age groups (Toddlers, Preschoolers & Primary)
Divided into thematic units, with each theme running for approximately 2–4 weeks, aligned with the seasonal rhythms, cultural events and learning outcomes:
Sessions can run 15-60min, depending on the age and developmental stage.
I offer these in the following formats:
At Kindergartens, Child-Care Centers and Schools as Mini Block Programs aligned with seasonal or inquiry themes
Once-Off Sessions at Markets, Events and other Kids related activities
Mums & Bubs sessions
Yoga For Adults
My adult classes are slow, nourishing, and alignment-based.
Slow Flow – A mindful flow guided by breath. Each posture is an invitation into self-inquiry and presence.
Hatha Yoga – A more traditional, grounding style that includes pranayama (breathwork), sun salutations, and held asana for energetic balance.
Yin Yoga – A deeply meditative, surrender-based practice that supports emotional release and connective tissue health.
1:1 Yoga Privates. This is a beautiful way to get into Yoga for absolute beginners, or those who want to go deeper with their practice. Working one-on-one is such a gift to both the teacher and the student. We start with working out whether you have any goals or intentions and from there, we create a self practice that you can continue with on your own :)
