We all have the wisdom and the answers we need already there, within ourselves. Often, though, we can not hear that wisdom within, because there is so much noise.
This is a safe and compassionate space, held to gather and help each other uncover the truth of real-life challenges we are currently facing or questions we have - through through deep listening and the guidance of a beautiful tool called Dialectic.
In essence, we will be giving and receiving what - I believe to be is the greatest gift of all - genuinely listening and being listened to. In listening itself, so much magic happens. Ultimately the core of communication is in listening.
Using movement and meditation techniques to guide us into being present, we dive into one-on-one conversations, following the Dialectic process, to listen and speak from a space of truth and stillness.
The purpose of these sessions is to help one another access the truth by eliminating all the noise, and, knowing that we are safe, allow ourselves to open up to the wisdom we already have within.

More about Dialectic
Dialectic is an ancient tool developed by the well-known philosopher Plato. The Dialectic Process is a simple and powerful conversational tool to help us access the truth of a question, situation, problem or topic. It runs on five basic principles. These principles, along with various meditation practices, will serve as the foundation of the workshops.
We all have the answers we need within us, yet because of all the noise, we can't always see it clearly. Dialectic allows us to filter through all the noise and practice getting to the truth by questioning, listening, and answering from a space of stillness.
More about me as a facilitator
I strive to live, speak, and listen with an open heart - and I am dedicated to helping others discover their inner wisdom and the freedom that comes from merging an open heart with a resilient mind.
This is a tool that I discovered years ago. The simplicity of it and the freedom I felt from practicing it was life-changing. After a long break, I would love to share it with you, and for you to take it home and use in your own lives - in conversation with others, or in conversation with yourself - to stay truthful and connected to yourself and to others.
